So...We're MARRIED!! and went on a cruise

So as I wrote about earlier, we got engaged.  We set a date for November 12th and the 3 month engagement went by super fast, at times, and before I knew it I was on a plane bound for AZ a week before the wedding.  I met up in PHX with my mom, dad, sister Sandi and her two adorable kids Cale and Brooke.  The day after I got there we did a little shopping and got things ready to go.  We headed down to Safford and the next day had my amazing bridal shower, set up by my wonderful sisters.  It was so much fun to see everyone, but I wish I could have spent more time with all the great people that showed up for it.  My family and I spent the next week setting up and getting the final details arranged for the reception.  On Wed. November 10th, Kyle flew in and we rushed to the courthouse to get our marriage license (we were super nervous about getting that in time).  Everything worked out and we were set.  The next day Kyle's family flew in, and his grandparents and Aunt Margarita and her family came down for the rehearsal dinner.  The dinner was held at Tia Rosa's in Mesa, and it was amazing!  We had great food and even better company.  All my family was there and it was so fun to see everyone and just relax.  After we were all done, we went our separate ways and the countdown began!
FRIDAY arrived bright and early for us.  I got to Kyle's hotel at 6am, to have his amazing sister Shannon do my hair.  Kyle and I were kept separate, so I didn't see him until he arrived at the temple.  We were sealed for time and all eternity in the Mesa, AZ temple at 9:00am, with a good chunk of our family and friends there to witness it.  IT was an incredible experience and we were so excited.  After the wedding we met outside for a lot of pics with Yellow Skinny and our videographer Kale.  We had a blast with them.  At noon we headed down to the reception in Safford.  It turned out better than I could have imagined.  Our cake was beautiful, the back yard looked amazing, and the weather stayed pretty amazing for November...it got a little chilly towards the end, but for the most part perfect.  I am so grateful to have had that, my family is amazing! It was a long day but, it was a day I will never forget!

Right after we got hitched!

Best coconut ever!
The next day Kyle and I traveled.  On our first flight Kyle told me where we were going on our honeymoon.  Up until that time I had no idea, Kyle even packed the suitcase for me.  We had a layover in TX so on the way there he told me we were going on a cruise to the western Caribbean!  I was so excited.  We boarded the cruise on Sunday and spent the week, eating, snorkling, eating, swimming, eating, sleeping, eating, swimming with stingrays, eating, exploring Tulum, eating, seeing shows, eating, and eating.  It was an amazing experience.  We had so much fun, it was kind of hard to come back to reality but we needed to and we still had an open house to do in Utah.  Kyle's family did an amazing job and we had a beautiful open house in South Jordan.  In contrast to the sun we had just left, it started to snow in South Jordan that night and didn't stop for a few hours.  Kyle took me to the Little America in downtown SLC to spend the last night or our honeymoon there.  It was so much fun.  I have an amazing husband, seriously he treats me like a queen and I am so excited to spend forever with him!

Back rub anyone?
